All-Star Consultants – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by All-Star Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with our services, resources, consulting, workshops, or materials, you agree to these Terms.

All-Star Consultants provides educational consulting, advisory services, and professional development support within the cheerleading, dance, and broader performance sport industry.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All services, resources, presentations, materials, and advice provided by All-Star Consultants are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, medical, psychological, or regulatory compliance certification advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Implementation of any recommendations is at your own discretion.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance results, compliance outcomes, or risk mitigation results for any individual gym, organisation, or participant.

  • Each organisation is responsible for interpreting and applying information in accordance with their own operational, legal, and regulatory obligations.

All-Star Consultants assumes no responsibility or liability for outcomes, actions, or decisions made by individuals, gyms, clubs, organisations, or third parties based on our materials or advice.

3. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • All-Star Consultants is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, reputational damage, operational disruption, or safeguarding outcomes.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge they are responsible for:

  • Their own governance, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks

  • Staff training and implementation of policies

  • Ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and industry standards

  • Seeking independent legal or professional advice where required

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by All-Star Consultants, including but not limited to documents, frameworks, presentations, training content, and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of All-Star Consultants unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell materials without permission

  • Share proprietary frameworks with external parties for commercial use

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name, organisation, and contact details

  • Communication history

  • Information provided during consulting or training sessions

  • Payment or invoicing details where applicable

6.2 How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Deliver consulting and educational services

  • Communicate with clients

  • Improve service delivery

  • Maintain internal records and compliance

6.3 Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.

All-Star Consultants reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service where appropriate

  • Subcontract aspects of delivery where necessary

9. Payment Terms (if applicable)

Where services are fee-based:

  • Payment terms will be agreed prior to service delivery

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be made available. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
